The Truth About Bux.To - Yes it’s a scam. Here’s the owner’s information for people trying to reclaim their stolen money.

Scam? Definately.

Bux.to has spent the last year online lying to the good people they’ve been stealing money from.

Bux.to is not owned by a Debbie / George as they claim. Debbie and George are very likely fictional and even more likely to be pseudonyms of David John Withers.

Bux.to IS owned by a David John Withers who is not only the only shareholder in Bux.to LTD but also the director as well.

Bux.to LTD aka David John Withers lists their cash on hand value at 0.00 and 1 million shares valued at 1.00 per piece have been assigned to David John Withers. When I posted this on the bux.to forums the forum staff promptly kept removing the postings because it’s true . Bux.to is already a sinking ship with no cash flow since no one will buy their bots anymore and they’ve well over 9 months payout delays. Bux.to has re-registered in the commonwealth of Dominica to hide money they’ve stolen from their members as in Dominica people are fined 25,000.00 for disclosing personal information on the owner of a registered business there. They’re also a Tax Haven. They also don’t report. David John Withers has stolen millions of dollars from members of bux.to and is hiding it in Dominica and evading Taxes in the UK. He has not posted company minutes nor financials for Bux.to Limited in the UK as required by law.

David John Withers and Bux.to LTD are a fraud and a scam.

This information has all been provided to me by a lawyer who obtained it legally to enquire about the truth.

In fact right this second I posted the truth of the matter on www.buxbb.com which is bux.to’s supposed support forums and have been immediately censored in all my posts for stating the truth. I’ve also now been banned to try to sweep the truth under the rug so that they can continue milking money from unsuspecting people who want to make a quick dollar but end up only spending it. Bux.to personally owes me over 900.00 ..

The persona named "Debbie" even tried to offer me a hushup payment of $250.00 a few months back for not posting my knowledge.

Bux.to - Love 'em or hate 'em, they are still probably the most popular PTC around at the moment but in the last 6 months or so we have seen a very big dip in the traffic to the site, the confidence of the members, payouts and revisions to the site (that were promised) I, like a lot of you reading this invested into Bux.to (approx $400) I HAVE been paid twice & have just about got my investment back. BUT I still have over $2000 pending from May 2008. As a so-called 'Premium' member we are supposed to be paid within 30 business days, although the revised TOS state that this may not be the case. No s**t. My payment was due on July 4th (two months late) I consider myself one of the lucky ones, some members have been waiting patiently like me for 6-8 months!

The role of the is blog is to get bux.to members/ ex members to give their opinion about bux.to without fear of being banned from the forum, which is a target for many hate-filled post these days & the moderators there seem to be banning people by the second. Bux.to strted so brightly back in July 2007, but if you look at a few tell-tale statistics like their Alexa rank, you will see the alarming decline this site has taken in the last few months. As of today (Sunday 5th October) their Alexa rank was 806 which is still good but a 42% dip in traffic means they were as high as around the 400 mark three months ago. If you look at the charts below, you will see how much the traffic has dipped recently. This makes very worrying reading, unless drastic action is taken soon, the entire confidence of the members will me smashed to smithereens.

If you want to check the current state of mind of the bux.to community, just take a quick tour around the official bux.to forum HERE You will see that 90% of the members there are very disgruntled & the mods there are doing fine job in trying to convince us that bux.to 'will pay, does pay & how dare you state anything even slightly slanderous against us' kind of attitude. Be careful what you say there, if you as so much as in-directly offend bux.to or any of it's 'volunteers' then expect to be banned. There is no such thing as freedom of speech there, they are protecting their image to the hilt, even though it is heavily tarnished.

How long will these Bux.to delays go on for? How long is a piece of string?.... who knows.. The new script & Bux.to re-loaded (which I imagine was inspired by the fact that their bank accounts have been nicely 're-loaded' & not the members) have been delayed & put back many many times. The official launch date was supposed to be back in July, but so far no official word on when this is supposed to be finished & ultimatley launched. The only news we get is when Tri (a forum Mod & someone who is in 'close contact' with the owners) popping in now & again to the forum telling us little sound-bites of info such as 'new server being moved' etc. This is all technical gargon nonsense to most of us & we have been fobbed off with this kind of talk for month & months.

So many PTC's (Paid-To-Click) have fallen by the way-side in the last year & I fear Bux.to will just become another statistic like all the other failed ventures that the PTC world has given us. My advice to anyone wishing to earn money in the PTC world is 'BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!' read the Terms Of Service (TOS) thoroughly & never invest more than you can afford to lose. In fact there are only two PTC sites I would recommend joining these days one is NEOBUX the other is IsabelMarco. I have been earning from PTC for the last two years in during this time I have seen at least 10 PTC sites proven to be scams. Not a very re-assuring statistic if you are new to the PTC world I think you would agree! Why do I recommend NeoBux & IsabelMarco?
